About Community Compassion Center
Connecting Resources to Transform Lives
Who We Are?
The Community Compassion Center (CCC) is a faith-based outreach organization dedicated to serving the needy in Southwest Florida. Our mission is to provide essential resources to area churches and non-profits, which we call Partners of Distribution (PODs), so they can effectively address the needs within their communities. Rather than responding directly to individual requests, we empower our PODs to validate and manage these needs, as they are best positioned to serve their local areas.
At the heart of CCC is a commitment to sharing the love and compassion that Jesus had for all people. We aim to be His hands and feet, extending care and support to the communities of Southwest Florida, one need at a time.
How We Work?
Requesting Essential Goods
Our Partners of Distribution (PODs) submit requests for items they need, such as baby products, furniture, clothing, small and large appliances, housewares, lamps, beds, bedding, and more. We strive to fulfill these requests from our warehouse inventory, which contains only brand new, never-used goods.
Pallets Distribution
Once we have prepared a pallet of requested items, with a minimum MSRP value of $500, the POD picks up the goods and distributes them to those in need within their community. To maintain our focus on helping those in need, we provide all goods to our PODs at no cost. We charge a small fee of $150 per pallet to help offset the transportation expenses incurred by the CCC.
Upholding Accountability
To ensure transparency and accountability, we ask that PODs provide photos, videos, and testimonials that highlight the lives impacted by the goods they distribute. Importantly, all items received from CCC must be used for
compassion and outreach purposes and cannot be sold, bartered, auctioned, or raffled.
Ensuring Compassionate Outreach & Accountability
While there is no charge for the items themselves, we do assess a small fee of $150 per pallet to help offset the incoming trucking costs incurred by CCC.
Through this model, CCC remains dedicated to serving our community by supporting local organizations, extending compassion, and bringing hope to those who need it most.
